- Their unit name was thought up by Yuu Suzuno
- "Sept" means "seven" in Latin. Orion is a constellation with 7 main stars.
- SeptEntrion's image is based off of the Dipper, an asterism that contains seven bright stars.
- The center "E" is from the Edel Rose logo.
- The upside-down "e" (ə) is called a "Schwa", and may be a reference to Schwarz Rose.
- Each of the letters are coloured according to each of the member's image colours.
- The letters "S", "I", and "N" are italicised and in red, referencing the episode or Shine himself.
